four-day luxury intensive for intermediate level dancers led by James Forbat
Sunday 29th June - Wednesday 2nd July 2025
Join us for a four-day luxury intensive for intermediate level adult ballet dancers led by James Forbat (Royal Ballet School and First Soloist at the English National Ballet) as well as expert pilates and yoga instructors.
Over the course of the intensive, you will immerse yourself in busy days of ballet, pilates, yoga and pool barre, all of which are tailored to strengthen a dancers body.
As with all of Let’s Dance Retreats the classes are small, allowing individual attention and correction to push your skills to the next level.
Due to the limited numbers, spaces for our retreats tend to sell out quickly. To avoid disappointment, get in touch to book your place.
Format
This intensive ballet retreat will take place over four days from Sunday 29th June – Wednesday 2nd July 2025.
Each day will have classes from approximately 9:15am to 5:00pm. These classes will include ballet, pilates, yoga and pool barre.
Each day, we will take a break for a nutritious, freshly prepared vegetarian lunch by the pool, followed by the afternoon sessions.
The Venue
Our studios, at The Old Stables, are in Weybourne a pretty village in North Norfolk. It is a spectacular location by the sea, surrounded by breathtaking views and wonderful countryside, which will help clear the head and focus the mind.
There are trains from London Liverpool St to Sheringham, via Norwich. We have ample parking space for those travelling by car.
Nutrition
The retreat includes four delicious vegetarian lunches that will be served by the pool at the Old Stables, adjacent to the studios, followed by a sweet treat.
